RAM CORE

Reasoning, action, and memory. One architecture.

RAM Core is not a feature set bolted onto search. It is the intelligence layer the firm reasons, acts, and remembers through.

RAM ARCHITECTURE

Reasoning.

RAM Core reasons in chains, not lookups. It works across deal history, live market data, internal models, and prior memos in a single line of analysis — holding the thread from a management case through the comp set to the valuation conclusion. This is not keyword retrieval returning the nearest paragraph. It is multi-step analysis that arrives at a position and shows the steps that got there.

Action.

RAM Core executes. It drafts the IC memo, populates the operating model, refreshes the comp set, and routes the memo to the right desk — specific verbs, real output, not advice. The reasoning does not stop at a recommendation the analyst then has to build. The work product itself arrives, ready for senior judgment.

Memory.

Memory is the layer that cannot be copied by connecting a model to a firm’s files. RAM Core remembers across every session, every analyst, and every deal: what the IC asked last quarter, how a coverage relationship actually developed, why a process stalled two years ago. When an analyst leaves, their reasoning stays in the firm. Institutional memory stops being a person and becomes infrastructure.

The model is not the moat.

RAM Core runs on frontier language models — deployed inside the firm’s own environment. No customer data is ever used to train any model, ours or anyone’s. The reasoning layer is the commodity; what cannot be bought or copied is the structured, cited record of the firm’s own deals that RAM Core builds. Models will be swapped as better ones ship. The record compounds.

TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE

Private deployment.

RAM Core runs in the firm’s environment — its VPC, its cloud, its control. The intelligence comes to the firm’s infrastructure, not the reverse.

Data isolation.

No cross-client data. No shared model reasoning over another firm’s deals. Each firm’s context is its own, walled off by design.

No training on client data.

Client deals never train a model. RAM Core reasons over the firm’s data in the moment; it does not learn from it and carry it elsewhere. No customer data is ever used to train any model — ours or anyone’s.
